Some new, completely functionalized organometallic macromolecules of the type DAB-dendr-[NH(O)COCH2CH2OC(O)C5H4Rh(NBD)]n (n = 4, 8, 16, 32, 64) containing up to 64 peripheral alkoxycarbonylcyclopentadienyl complexes of rhodium(I), have been synthesised and spectroscopically characterized. A study of the catalytic activity of DAB-dendr-[NH(O)COCH2CH2OC(O)C5H4Rh(NBD)]n (n = 4, 8, 16, 32, 64) in the hydroformylation of 1-hexene has been carried out. Among the five generations, DAB5 appear to be the best catalyst concerning the conversion, while the selectivity is almost the same in all cases. The catalysts are also active in the hydrogenation of 1-hexene and styrene. In this case the DAB 3 generation appear more active than the others.

Abstract
In this case the DAB 3 generation appear more active than the others.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
