Rogachev (BY), Ocnita (MD) and Lutsk (UA) are the three partner cities of "Energy for Eastern Mayors - E4EM" project, which started to implement their Sustainable Energy Action Plans - SEAPs thanks to E4EM contribution: several different energy efficiency pilot actions on public buildings have been implemented and are now operational. Their effective results have been monitoring, in order to compare the energy, environmental and economic effectiveness of different solutions and to evaluate the transferability potential in other sectors of the cities, with the final aim to complete the SEAP up to 2020 and so to reach 20-20-20 goal
