The electric and electronic technology developments in last decades made possible to catch an increasing amount of these energies flow, and to convert it in electrical energy, nowadays the most flexible and usable kind of energy for human beings. "Enertronics" represents a merge between electronics and energy, information technologies and power electrical engineering. This is a field of research and activities for the systematic use of power electronics in the electric energy management, opening new energy frontiers, providing optimal solutions for the related technological obstacles. The goal is to make possible the generation, the transmission, and the usage of green and renewable energy in a cheap, reliable, and efficient way.
