We address three fundamental aspects of cancer biology. First we take into consideration the molecular mechanisms that fuel the unrestricted growth of tumour cells. Then we examine the aggressive behaviour of tumour cells toward the host, that is local invasiveness and systemic metastatic spread. Finally we turn to host defence, based on spontaneous immune responses and immunotherapy.

Abstract
We address three fundamental aspects of cancer biology. First we take into consideration the molecular mechanisms that fuel the unrestricted growth of tumour cells. Then we examine the aggressive behaviour of tumour cells toward the host, that is local invasiveness and systemic metastatic spread. Finally we turn to host defence, based on spontaneous immune responses and immunotherapy.File in questo prodotto:
