The Journal of Economic Methodolgy (JEM, ISSN 1350-178 X) is a leading publication in the field of economic methodology. It encourages the submission of papers dealing with the rational reconstruction of economic theories, and the methodological discussion of the tools and techniques used in empirical work. JEM has a special interest in interdisciplinary exchanges of ideas between economics, philosophy and other human and biological disciplines. The Journal of Economic Methodology is a forum which publishes the most current and exciting work in the broad field of economic methodology. Peer-reviewed articles form the core of the journal. It also features mini-symposia on controversial issues.
