Although much literature has focused on the negative impact that online behavior can have on young people's wellbeing, this chapter emphasize the undertanding of the positive uses of new technologies and highlight ongoing evidence relevant to it. This chapter summarizes the contribution by members of a working group connecting leading researchers into a COST research network, who have elaborated on the positive and negative uses of ICTs, as intertwined aspects.
