The gastroesophageal (GER) reflux is a common problem in the neonatal period in early infancy. Sometimes GER can be consequent to congenital malformations (anatomic defects such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia, gasrtoschisis, omphalocele, esophageal atresia and tracheoesophageal fistula. The aim of the chapter is to summarize incidence, pathophysiology, clinical characteristics and success of therapy in cases of GER associated with the mentioned congenital malformations.
