In this essay, introducing a volume about the application of phenomenology in human science research, we will narrow our question in order to ask what the place of phenomenological thinking could be in this field. Phenomenology is a way to educate our vision, to define our posture, to broaden the way we look at the world. This is why phenomenology is seen not only as a method (or style) for philosophical research, but also as a powerful tool for research in human science.
