In the paper we lay down a paradox - the Equal Validity Paradox - related to the the so-called phenomenon of faultless disagreement. We show that the paradox allows for eight types of solutions - one calling for the revision of the concept of faultless and others intended as descriptive accounts of the phenomenon of faultless disagreement. Finally we argue that all the descriptive solutions face the challenge becoming revisionary accounts.

Abstract
In the paper we lay down a paradox - the Equal Validity Paradox - related to the the so-called phenomenon of faultless disagreement. We show that the paradox allows for eight types of solutions - one calling for the revision of the concept of faultless and others intended as descriptive accounts of the phenomenon of faultless disagreement. Finally we argue that all the descriptive solutions face the challenge becoming revisionary accounts.File in questo prodotto:
