It has been recognized by OMS that physical exercise has a therapeutic tool for the prevention and treatment of various diseases and that its reduction is one of the major risk factors for disease. The objective of this study was to analyses the effects resistance training combined strength training on index form and antropometric measure on subjects with metabolic syndrome.
