Abstract
A silicon-on-insulator bandpass filter based on the integration of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with ring resonators and phase shifters is fabricated. The device exhibits wide tunability over both the central wavelength and bandwidth of the filter.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
