For more than five years, Corporation 2020, an international network of more than 300 participants from business, civil society, law, labor, and academia has explored the challenges of repurposing and redesigning corporations. Bound by the belief that new models of corporations are an indispensible ingredient to a healthy global future, the network developed six Principles of Corporate Redesign as the pillars of its research, advocacy, and public communications. These principles, with brief annotations, provide the architecture for revisiting and rethinking the key elements of the next generation of corporations.

Abstract
For more than five years, Corporation 2020, an international network of more than 300 participants from business, civil society, law, labor, and academia has explored the challenges of repurposing and redesigning corporations. Bound by the belief that new models of corporations are an indispensible ingredient to a healthy global future, the network developed six Principles of Corporate Redesign as the pillars of its research, advocacy, and public communications. These principles, with brief annotations, provide the architecture for revisiting and rethinking the key elements of the next generation of corporations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
