Photography and Feminism bewtween the XIX and XX Century. Albums, Diaries and Scrapbooks,

This essay represents the results of my research interests, since its inception, focusing on the relationship between women and photography. In particular, it forms the basis of the activities of the “Photography, Art and Feminisms” International Research Centre which, together with colleagues and art historians from various Italian universities, and thanks to relationships established over the years with international scholars, sees me involved in a common horizon of study and projects dedicated to photography and feminist artistic practices as identity politics and gender strategies.
