The contribution examines the dynamics relating to conscientious objection within the Italian legal system: from its basis, its essential characteristics and its constitutional value, to the various areas in which such claims have been recognized or have otherwise emerged, especially in the field of bioethics.
Il contributo espone le dinamiche relative all'obiezione di coscienza nell'ordinamento italiano: dal suo fondamento, dalle sue caratteristiche essenziali e dal suo valore costituzionale, fino ai diversi ambiti in cui tali istanze sono state riconosciute o comunque sono emerse, specialmente in campo bioetico.
