Gli esiti del G7 di Evian 2026

This contribution seeks to clarify the nature of the final acts adopted at the 2026 G7 held in Évian-les-Bains and to set out their contents. In particular, it attempts to determine whether they amount to mere soft-law instruments, or whether they may instead be deemed to be international agreements in simplified form. The paper also examines the provisions contained in these acts that are addressed to actors external to the summit, assessing whether they correspond to unilateral acts governed by customary international norms.
