In this contribution the Dirlik’s approach is enriched and extended by means of experiment-based full-field receptances. Starting from the optical full-field measurements, the receptances are put in evidence inside the modelling of the von Mises equivalent stresses for their ability to keep the structural dynamics of the test realisation. Details, examples and suggestions were given with coloured noise excitations and airborne induced forces, with attention on where the fatigue crack should start, over the whole sensed surface, according to the Dirlik’s approach.

Abstract
In this contribution the Dirlik’s approach is enriched and extended by means of experiment-based full-field receptances. Starting from the optical full-field measurements, the receptances are put in evidence inside the modelling of the von Mises equivalent stresses for their ability to keep the structural dynamics of the test realisation. Details, examples and suggestions were given with coloured noise excitations and airborne induced forces, with attention on where the fatigue crack should start, over the whole sensed surface, according to the Dirlik’s approach.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
