Mobilità e infrastrutture della migrazione tra Asia Centrale ed Europa

Abstract The chapter analyses the transformation of migration corridors betweenCentral Asia and Europe in the context of political and economic instability in thepost-Soviet region and growing labour demand in key European economic sectors.Adopting an infrastructural approach to mobility, it examines five dimensions(technological, regulatory, commercial, humanitarian, and social) of emerging migrationcorridors between Central Asia and Europe. The chapter shows how global crises andgeopolitical shifts are reshaping regional migration dynamics, and how the ongoingprocess of formalization of migration can both create new opportunities and generatedependencies and vulnerabilities.
