The chapter has the objective to describe the process of implementation of the first sustainable report for beach establishments in Italy, using GRI standards especially focusing on human resources indicators. The interdisciplinary literature perspective is using Neo-Institutional theory framework about sustainability reporting process implementation in territories. The empirical research considers one of most important hospitality territories in Italy: Rimini. The results of the research cases are used to focus on the main topics, that are necessary to combine the GRI model with the measurement and disclosure of inclusion practices.
Il capitolo ha l'obiettivo di descrivere il processo di implementazione del primo report di sostenibilità per le strutture balneari in Italia, utilizzando gli standard GRI, con particolare attenzione agli indicatori relativi alle risorse umane. La prospettiva della letteratura interdisciplinare si avvale del quadro teorico neo-istituzionale sull'implementazione del processo di reporting di sostenibilità nei territori. La ricerca empirica prende in esame uno dei territori più importanti per l'ospitalità in Italia: Rimini. I risultati dei casi di studio vengono utilizzati per focalizzare l'attenzione sui principali temi necessari per combinare il modello GRI con la misurazione e la divulgazione delle pratiche di inclusione.
