In recent decades, Italian and European schools have made significant progress in aligning themselves with national and supranational directives in the area of school leadership consolidation, with the aim of strengthening shared and transformative educational practices in multilingual and multicultural contexts. This is a process that aims to promote maximum cohesion, even though it starts from different school systems that are deeply rooted in heterogeneous cultural contexts. In the context of the constantly evolving school organisation, an approach to leadership must be considered a process of continuous change, which is not limited to a single individual but is distributed among all members of the school community. Aimed at school leaders, researchers and teachers, this volume is presented as an experiential and reflective tool for developing innovative teaching methods that take into account the latest leadership models, as well as the communication needs that characterise an increasingly globalised world.
