In this chapter, the theoretical framework, contents, methodologies, results, strengths and weaknesses of the University Modules implemented at the University of Bologna in the Framework of the STALWARTS European projet will be introduced and discussed, aiming to design a dynamic model of a teacher’s higher educational system.
