The invention relates to a flexible agaricus bisporus automatic picking system which comprises a picking structure and a click system. The picking structure comprises two sets of roller type sliding rails which are dragged by a motor to move in the direction parallel to the length direction of the rails. A ball screw and a beam frame are fixed on the sliding blocks on the two sides; the ball screw is dragged by a motor to move in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the track. A monocular camera and a holder single chip microcomputer are fixed on the beam frame; the pan-tilt single-chip microcomputer controls the image acquisition angle of the monocular camera. The click system acquires image data through the monocular camera and then sends the image data to the upper computer through the holder single-chip microcomputer; after the upper computer processes the image data, the image data are displayed on the touch screen; the image angle of the touch screen is adjusted by a worker, and the mature agaricus bisporus is clicked and selected; after click selection, the motor is controlled to move, the electromagnetic reversing valve is controlled to be powered on and powered off, the pneumatic mechanical claw is made to vertically ascend and descend, and picking is completed. The touch screen clicking method is used, labor is reduced, and quality is guaranteed.
