The processes of labor and social inclusion of people with disabilities, fragility, vulnerability, with the economic and employment crisis connected to the covid 19 pandemic, have been even more strongly compromised. The availability of profit companies is greatly reduced due to closures, layoffs, staff reduction, with the impossibility of welcoming people with greater difficulties. This presupposes a reorganization of inclusive processes which envisages also and above all taking into consideration the intermediate phases of the transition between school and work, providing for activating them in different sectors, in different contexts in which people can express their industriousness in different forms of employment, including those aimed at the management of common goods for the communities to which they belong. The research is located within this framework and is aimed at identifying the most effective methodologies implemented by the third sector organizations of the Metropolitan City of Bologna to enhance the laboriousness of people with complex employability. The purpose of the research was to identify the connotative elements, requirements and indicators, useful for evaluating the trend, effectiveness and replicability of the proposed interventions, through the use of quantitative and qualitative tools (semi-structured interviews, observations on the field, focus groups, collection of documentation). More precisely, the interviews, different in relation to the participants (people with disabilities, their families, educators, institutional representatives and users of these services), were aimed at investigating the subjective perceptions regarding the contexts and co-evolutionary processes activated. The results of the research are being shared with public institutions and non-profit organizations involved in the preparation and implementation of Useful Projects to the Community.

Abstract
The results of the research are being shared with public institutions and non-profit organizations involved in the preparation and implementation of Useful Projects to the Community.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
