The document presents the ASM–OPEAX–SPIA³ model as a conceptual and operational framework for governing agentic systems, grounded in the recognition of artificial intelligence as a cognitive actor rather than a mere technological tool. The model proposes an integrated approach to co-agency among people, organizations and artificial agents, while maintaining human responsibility as a non-delegable principle and orienting agent autonomy toward the common good and shared value. ASM defines the governance framework and maturity levels of agentic integration; OPEAX provides the cognitive DNA based on ontological, epistemic, axiological and pragmatic dimensions; and SPIA³ interprets the organization as an antifragile organism capable of learning and transforming through shocks and discontinuities. Taken together, the model offers a grammar for designing, assessing and governing artificial intelligence systems in an ethical, transparent and sustainable manner, making explicit the value choices embedded in every agentic architecture and strengthening the democratic quality of organizational decision-making.

Abstract
Taken together, the model offers a grammar for designing, assessing and governing artificial intelligence systems in an ethical, transparent and sustainable manner, making explicit the value choices embedded in every agentic architecture and strengthening the democratic quality of organizational decision-making.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
