Lo scritto esplora l’evoluzione del ruolo dell’avvocato, paragonandolo alla figura del designer. Analizza il fattore soggettivo del cliente, con i suoi in teressi e obiettivi, e dell’avvocato, con le sue competenze e responsabilità. Viene sottolineata l’importanza del fattore tempo, visto non solo e non tanto come durata della lite, ma come valutazione dello stadio del conflitto nel momento in cui è richiesto l’intervento del professionista.
