On the eve of its fifth edition, the Ravenna Summer School (RSS) was ready to count among its achievements the launch of its own Yearbook. The volume gathers a selection of lectures delivered in Ravenna during the summer of 2024, together with contributions from authors belonging to the wider RSS “family” – a community whose academic and professional activities extend well beyond the summer program. The Yearbook is divided into two sections, respectively devoted to Recent Trends and Emerging Challenges in Transnational Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration.
