In this entry the founding principles, the aims and techniques characterizing this political and ethics-oriented praxis are presented, arguing that they can provide a meaningful framework of artistic and political action in the field of migration. All together – principles, aims and praxis – define TO as a space of citizenship, build up by collective actions and creative multiplication of the praxis.
