This chapter takes inspiration from three experiences of fieldwork and policy practices, associated with the design, adoption, and assessment of the digital tools within the legal and justice sector. The cases outlined are instrumental to the argument that is unfolded in the last part of the chapter. To respond to the above question, pointing directly to the impact that digital language has on the acceptance and the legitimacy of the law, the three cases are outlined as instantiations of four different paths through which the digital language enters the legal and justice sector.
