Multilateral, multilevel and multidisciplinary social dialogue and fundamental rights

This study explores the theme “Multilateral, Multilevel, Multidisciplinary Social Dialogue and Fundamental Rights” through three guiding research questions. First, it examines how collaborative governance in the field of green transition is regulated at both international and supranational levels, thereby addressing the multilevel dimension. Second, it considers how collaborative governance can contribute to shaping a just green transition, thus engaging with the multilateral dimension. Third, it investigates whether patterns can be identified across national constitutions in the implementation of the green transition, and how these frameworks incorporate international and supranational regulations—thus returning to the multilevel dimension in a ring-shaped structure.
