The essay, written in collaboration with Marco Guerzoni and Silvia Calastri of the Housing Sector of the Municipality of Bologna, illustrates the main aspects of the housing demand in Bologna and the policies implemented by the Municipality to offer effective responses. In addition to a general overview of the topic, the essay illustrates in depth the case study of the regeneration of the "Popolarissime" houses in via Malvasia. The project won the Emilia Romagna Region's Urban Regeneration Call for Proposals in its first edition (2018).
