Abstract
The Court of Justice has shaped the relationship between competition law and the labor market over the past fifteen years through its case law. More recently, the European Commission has taken action to adapt the jurisprudential antitrust exemptions to cover "new" categories of workers, as well as addressing the employer side of the labor market. Article 101 TFEU is now being applied to safeguard workers from collusive agreements among employers, setting worker protection as a new goal for antitrust law and its enforcement.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
