Leonardo's question, or: What do we know about interpreters' occupational health and safety?

What do we know about interpreters’ occupational health and safety? There are research findings focussing on specific aspects, but we are far from having a general overview of the multiple and complex aspects of an only apparently simple subject. This contribution presents a cross-disciplinary editorial project in which interpreting researchers work hand in hand with an international team of occupational health specialists in order to help practicing interpreters to take their health into their own hands.
