This intervention is focused on three main issues, which represent the most significant developments in the ECJ case law on banking Union to date. First, the jurisdiction in complex procedures, and, more particularly, its distribution among European and national judicial authorities . Second, the scope of the judicial review exercised by the ECJ over decisions adopted in the banking Union sector - Third, the ways and means of the judicial review by the ECJ in this field, that is, the legal remedies and the legal tools available to the Court for exercising its control, with a focus on the role of the preliminary ruling procedure “toolbox”
