We describe the use of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane (esP) block in a 48-year-old female with a previ- ous history of right radical mastectomy, reconstruction surgery and subsequent breast implant removal due to staphylococcus aureus infection, scheduled for breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi muscle flap1 and placement of a temporary tissue expander.
