Baryon number conservation is generally believed to be an exact symmetry because of the extraordinary stability experimentally found for the proton. It is possible however to devise models in which the symmetry associated with the baryon number is no longer an absolute symmetry, without any conflict with experimental results.

Abstract
Baryon number conservation is generally believed to be an exact symmetry because of the extraordinary stability experimentally found for the proton. It is possible however to devise models in which the symmetry associated with the baryon number is no longer an absolute symmetry, without any conflict with experimental results.File in questo prodotto:
