Lo spazio di libertà sicurezza e giustizia. A vent'anni dal Consiglio Europeo di Tampere

The evolution of the European area of freedom, security and justice led to the creation of one of the most dynamic areas as regards the adoption of new acts. These acts, also thanks to the uniform interpretation of the Court of Justice, are generating a rapprochement of the legislations of the Member States on the basis of mutual trust and loyal cooperation.

L'evoluzione dello Spazio di libertà, sicurezza e giustizia ha portato alla creazione di una delle aree più dinamiche sotto il profilo dell’adozione di nuovi atti che stanno producendo, anche grazie all’uniforme interpretazione della Corte di giustizia, un riavvicinamento delle legislazioni degli Stati UE basato sui principi di mutua fiducia e leale cooperazione.
