Learning objectives: To describe US, CT and MRI findings of ovarian lymphoma. To identify some imaging features that might be strongly suggestive of ovarian lymphoma and not yet well described. To perform a proper differential diagnosis with ovarian cancer in order to establish a correct therapeutic approach and to avoid an unnecessary adnexectomy, especially in young women desiring pregnancy.
