Coabitare ai tempi del Covid-19. Gestione degli spazi comuni e effetti sul benessere a partire dal caso di Porto 15 a Bologna

The lockdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic has imposed a reflection on the housing issue, where all the activities and functions normally distributed in the city have been concentrated: from work, to education, to leisure. The traditional multi-family building moved from a terrain of social micro-conflict to an opportunity in terms of closeness and solidarity. The aim of the research is to contribute to the debate on collaborative housing models as ways to experiment and support the transformation process of the Italian public and social housing. A questionnaire has been distributed to the co-housers of Porto 15 in Bologna, the first public co-housing in Italy, to verify to what extent the collaborative housing model has continued to be perceived an added value housing model in time of Covid-19.
