The report is the result of a Qualitative Diagnostic Assessment carried in Parma and Bologna (Italy) by the UNIBO Team. Drawing on in-depth interviews and focus groups targeting migrant women with a background in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine) and professionals intercepting this highly specific category of beneficiaries, the report presents ad analyses the main resources and barriers shaping highly qualified migrant women's inclusion in the labour market in Italy. In the report, the training needs of both the target groups who collaborated to exploratory research are introduced.
