The book presents a phenomenological empirical study of interactions at the crèche (nest) with particular attention to situations of disability and migration. The pedagogical reasons for the research are, first of all, to give the crèche a particularly relevant role in the co-evolution of interactions. Analyzing adult-children interactions through the video-microanalysis device, within the theoretical framework of intersubjective studies, makes it possible to understand further variables that may affect affective relationships, experiences of separation and reunification, acclimatization, inclusion-integration, co-construction of alliances and the identification of dis- alliances between the protagonists involved in the exchange. A further purpose of this work is to identify effective strategies and interactive practices, involving staff and families also on the reflection-training level, convinced and supported by the idea that change can arise from within the service, thanks also to the stimuli that an action-research can offer.
Il libro presenta uno studio empirico fenomenologico delle interazioni alla crèche (nido) con peculiare attenzione alle situazioni di disabilità e migrazione. Le ragioni pedagogiche ispiratrici della ricerca risiedono, in primis, nell’assegnare alla crèche un ruolo particolarmente rilevante nella co-evoluzione delle interazioni. Analizzare le interazioni adulti-bambini attraverso il dispositivo della video-microanalisi, nel framework teorico degli studi intersoggettivi, rende possibile la comprensione di ulteriori variabili che possono incidere sulle relazioni affettive, sui vissuti di separazione e ricongiungimento, sull’ambientamento, sull’inclusione-integrazione, sulla co-costruzione di alleanze e nell’individuazione di dis-alleanze fra i protagonisti coinvolti nello scambio. Un ulteriore proposito di questo lavoro è quello di individuare strategie e pratiche interattive efficaci, coinvolgendo il personale e le famiglie anche sul piano della riflessione-formazione, persuasi e sostenuti dall’idea che il cambiamento possa nascere dall’interno del servizio, grazie anche agli stimoli che una ricerca-azione può offrire.
