Resource limitedness,even scarcity,has become an increasingly conditioning factor in economic development.In this paper new criteria are considere and discussed in designing and managing production processes and products able to counter the limitedness of resources and to transform a bond into an innovative and advantageous opportunity.Also useful cases are reported and discussed in the several fields and directions where such an innovative solutions have given remarkable advantages to the industries that have implemented them.
