La tecnologia nella gestione della previdenza pubblica: telematizzazione degli archivi contributivi e diritti individuali dei lavoratori

This essay examines the legal relevance of information in social security relationships between worker, employer and social security institution. In particular it analyzes the legal rights of the worker as regards the duties of social security institutions. The latter have the obligation of the correct storage and also making available online of contributory data related to individual careers. In this regard, it may be argued a contractual liability in the event of damage suffered due to inaccurate information communicated by the social security institution to the citizen. In any case, also in this context the advent of the technological factor must be assessed favorably. The recent increase of telematization of the contributory archives of social security institutions allows a more rapid and effective circulation of information, in the interest of individual workers and also of the community.
