Each chapter is devoted to a Country and its pagination re-starts from "1". For each Country, the Treatise grants a complete essay on the Copyright and Related Rights Law, with many footnotes showing decisions and commentaries. The Treatise's Chapters are up-dated any year through a new release, in order to keep al the text and the footnotes "up-graded" with all the more recent provisions or decisions on the subject-matter. Prof. Musso has up-dated the Italian Chapter since 2003, after Prof. M. Fabiani.
