The article analyzes regulatory policies to broadening access to market-based sources of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (smes), not only listing on stock exchange, but also raising capital on equity crowdfunding platforms. To further the growth of smes in capital market we need a more systematic, horizontal approach in industrial and regulatory policies.
