As Bibliotecas nos 'Itinera Erudita et Bibliothecaria'. Reflexões sobre Grand Tour e Turismo

A historical-literary excursus on the connection between tourism and libraries allows us to investigate the possibility of recognizing today also libraries as museum sites open to public enjoyment (not only documentary but also artistic one). However, there are some cognitive specificities linked to the use of libraries that cannot be ignored to preserve these institutions and places from an interpretative and cultural distortion.

Un excursus storico-letterario sul collegamento tra turismo e biblioteche consente di indagare la possibilità di riconoscere oggi anche le biblioteche come luoghi museali aperti al godimento pubblico non solo documentario ma anche artistico. Tuttavia ci sono alcune specificità di carattere cognitivo legate alla fruizione delle biblioteche di cui non si può non tenere conto per preservare tali istituti e tali luoghi da una distorsione interpretativa e culturale.
