There are many voices of leading scholars that underline the significance of the so-called serendipity for their research, and there are also those of anthropologists (for example, Hannerz, 2012). They underline the value of the discovery or, perhaps better, the intuition, due to the unexpected, the dissonance, the apparent randomness of a passage, of an encounter, of an answer, of a story, of a reading and so on. Often at first one does not pay attention, does not dwell much, and then, after a while, come back and rethink. The memory ( possibly supported by various notes) of the anthropologist is then a long-term retrospective analysis, and plays a not marginal role in the complex epistemology of the discipline. In this text I present a reflection on these points, starting from my work with Ugo Fabietti.

Abstract
In this text I present a reflection on these points, starting from my work with Ugo Fabietti.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
