Immaginari proibiti. La fotografia e la provocazione dell'erotismo tween

Art and fashion have always play with the ambiguous attraction adults feel towards tween eroticism. In 1998 the fashion photographer Ellen Von Unwerth shot a picture for the cover of the magazine i-D in collaboration with the model Devon Aoki. In the portrait, many little details are very interesting: Devon Aoki is photographed with glossy and red lips, her sullen face covered with freckles, her blue eyes wide, and her nails lacquered, again with red color. These details are sufficient to make us think of Devon Aoki as a doll and modern Lolita. Through some case histories, taken from art and fashion, this paper wants to underline the role of photographic voyeurism in narrating the story of this very eternal taboo: the tween eroticism
