The Epidoc Workshop is a digital training for people working with ancient documentary sources, in particular Greek and Latin inscriptions and papyri. Students and researchers are introduced to xml languages (Epidoc; Leiden+), semantic markup and linked open data, and Wikimedia and Eagle/Europeana projects. The Workshop is linked with the ongoing Inscriptions of Greek Cyrenaica (IGCyr) project, whose partial and original results are displayed. Participants contribute to digitalize inscriptions and papyri for the projects IGCyr and papyri.info.
