The structural crisis has got used each individual to think again how living everyday in the World. Especially since social web has created social cohesion which can share tastes, ideas and experiences. In this scenery it has been noted as exchange form like foods sharing and barter being born. Starting from this assumption, this paper aims at defining the main features of food sharing and barter actions, in the analysis of experiences which take place in virtual web nets. Such as Social Street or barter virtual social places. The logic reflects the Network's horizontal one, every food is exchanged with any other food without taking in consideration the economic comparison between them: promoting a rare practice like the �free gift.� Actually, at the sharing and barter places the citizen-consumer can get rid of what's useless granting something they need in exchange, for a collaborative consumption, limiting, as a consequence, the waste of food. Moreover, the citizens-consumers through the sharing and barter experiences that encourage consumption forms turned to economic and environmental sustainability, facilitated by social web, rediscover a new way of living the city into self-organization bottom-up forms. Just the social sharing places allow the civic society participation to a civic engagement which passes through new models of consume, such as responsible consume. The key words, in the interaction between the members of this communities, both on-line then off-line, become solidarity, sociality, trust, reciprocity. We are assisting to a new phenomenon of �collective intelligence� localized, where opinions and information exchanges can promote the pride of being rooted to a territory and thus open new changes of development, for a individual and common welfare. A well being which makes each action driven by the principle of social responsibility. The need to take decisions altogether and sharing responsibilities involve the paradigm of the Shared Social Responsibility, especially if we consider that this community of �doing together� besides pursuing a cooperation. Social relationships encourage the ability to generate not only internal social cohesion but also externally, that is positive for the society.
