Handling and transport can turn out to be a disastrous experience for the integrity of goods and products. This fact has encouraged the attention of producers towards the development of measures aiming at maximizing this integrity. At the same time, to obtain really effective solutions, the environmental conditions and the level of stress acting on these products during their way from the producer to the final costumer have to be detected. This paper illustrates some between the most relevant methods and experiences for monitoring palletized products.
