The Emilia-Romagna region collected Radon indoor measurements, as well as Radon contents in ground water. In the present paper, these data are reconsidered for setting up a Radon indoor risk mapping system, through an integrated elaboration. The regionalization analysis is complex because the data are neither synchronous nor isotopic. The stationarity of the variables depends on the working scale. The analysis shows that the Radon measurement in the ground water table and indoor and are not correlated. The approach of considering radon indoor concentration as a continuous regionalized variable is critically revised.

Abstract
The Emilia-Romagna region collected Radon indoor measurements, as well as Radon contents in ground water. In the present paper, these data are reconsidered for setting up a Radon indoor risk mapping system, through an integrated elaboration. The regionalization analysis is complex because the data are neither synchronous nor isotopic. The stationarity of the variables depends on the working scale. The analysis shows that the Radon measurement in the ground water table and indoor and are not correlated. The approach of considering radon indoor concentration as a continuous regionalized variable is critically revised.File in questo prodotto:
